*The product is shipped directly to you from our distribution center outside Brazil and has a delivery estimate of 5 to 15 business days after shipment (In some situations, this delivery time may be extended up to 30 days due to reasons beyond our control: delays, postal strikes, recesses, holidays in the country of origin, periods of high demand on postal services in the country of origin of our suppliers).
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can follow the entire progress of the delivery.
The products presented in our store are sent by our suppliers directly to the address registered in our store at the time of completing the order.

Fill in the address:
Please be careful to fill in the correct and complete address with supplements to ensure that delivery is made within the established time frame. Please note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the site, since the product is separated for shipping within this time frame, and it will not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.
Because this is an international package, the tracking information on the Post Office website may take a while after the tracking code information. Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of the postal services.
The delivery address must be checked by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the customer's full responsibility. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by Correos, which remains at the office to be collected but is not claimed, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery period will begin from the date of that confirmation, which will be recorded in the order history.
Because it is an import service, any merchandise is subject to bureaucratic procedures or customs taxes.
